Artichoke & Parmesan Dip

This one is a party favorite! Every time I have a family or friend reunion I cook this bad boy :) Everyone loves it because it’s so full of flavor and kind of addicting. And to be honest it might not be your healthiest choice, but hey once in a while it’s ok right? It is so easy to make, you’ll be amazed how quickly you can put it together. So let’s get started!

For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:

Ingredientes dip

2 cans of artichokes cut in half

2 cups of mayonnaise

2 cups of grated parmesan

2 bags of mini pitas

I used 2 of everything in order to have the amount seen above in the first picture. This serves approximately 8-10 people (depends on how much they eat as well because it’s delicious!)

1. Chop the artichoke and place them in an oven safe bowl (glass preferably).

2. Add mayonnaise (for every can of artichoke, use one cup of mayonnaise).

3. Add parmesan and mix everything together.

4. Place in the oven at low temperature and just long enough so that the parmesan melts.

And there you go! As simple as that. Finally let people enjoy this appetizer by putting mini pitas on the side :)
